Regardless of your journey so far, your connection to yoga, or if you can touch your toes, you are welcome here.
You are invited to join a private, one-on-one, or group yoga class. No expectations, no pressure, just the opportunity to connect to your body and mind through movement and breath.

Britt is an exceptional yoga teacher and a true ambassador for the practice. As an instructor, she has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable while gently encouraging you to go beyond what you thought you could achieve. Her patience and warmth are evident, yet she knows exactly when to challenge you. Her classes are thoughtful and engaging, and it’s clear that she puts a lot of care into every session.
I started yoga this year to help with back pain, and not only has my back improved, but the practice has positively impacted my life beyond the studio. I used to be a fairly negative, cynical person, but thanks to yoga—and to Britt’s guidance—I feel like a new person. Her uplifting personality shines through in her teaching, making each class an inspiring experience. I’m truly grateful to have her as my instructor.

I found Britt in a difficult time for me. I reached out because I wanted to use yoga very specifically, so that I could move my body and heal. I found Britt to be calm, patient and generous. She heard me and knew exactly what I needed. Her sessions were carefully curated and tailored for me - working on parts of my body that needed particular support (turns out there are a lot of yoga poses I had been doing incorrectly for a while!).
My favourite element was how she incorporated my ask for meditation into the practices and I left each one feeling genuinely lighter. She is truly a wonderful partner in yoga.

Britt's yoga classes are genuinely the highlight of my week. I have been practising consistently for about 2 years now and from barely being able to do a sit up, to eventually enjoying the whole flow - Britt's classes have kept me challenged (but not in a hectic scary way, in a cool I-can-do-this-but-it-is-also-fine-if-I-can't-right-now kind of way). I love Britt's classes because the flows are always so beautifully choreographed and, at the same time, Britt has a relaxed vibe that makes it a really safe space to attempt something, potentially fail and then try again.
Yoga can sometimes seem intimidating and perceived to cater for a very specific type of person - but, with Britt, that's not a thing. Yoga is for everyone and you really feel that way in Britt's classes. Mindfulness and good vibes aside, I also feel the strongest I have ever felt thanks to Britt and my yoga mat (a great combo! Highly recommend).

I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. I completed my 300-hour teacher training at The Shala in Cape Town.
I am from Cape Town. I find joy in movement in all its forms. I have a wonderful partner, Dan, two dogs, and more plants than I can count. When I'm not teaching or practicing yoga, I run my communications business, Good Humans, or can be found on the mountain, getting stuck into a book, spending time with friends and family, or wrapped up on the couch with my true love, pizza.
